Subrogation Counsel
As subrogation counsel in her current position at Investors Title, Uta Zacharias is responsible for managing and pursuing recoupment and managing subrogation files. Before joining Investors Title in 2010, Ms. Zacharias practiced law for 16 years, her most recent position as associate claims counsel at a title company in Richmond, Virginia, where she began in 2003. She earned her undergraduate degree from Clemson University and a Juris Doctor from Loyola University, New Orleans.
