Agency Programs
Using a deliberate, customized approach to market selection, Investors Title engages in a distinct agency business model within each geographic location, depending on state insurance regulations and the local market culture. We develop our operating models to create long-term, mutually profitable relationships with business partners.
- In Florida, agents are supported by the Florida Regional Office. Florida agents have direct access to a veteran team of professionals who are highly experienced with market practices throughout the state.
- In Georgia and South Carolina, agents are supported by the Southeast Regional Office in Columbia, South Carolina. These attorney agents have direct access to a knowledgeable team of title attorneys as well as an experienced marketing and operations team whose primary focus is on their success. Such local focus enables us to deliver an exceptional level of service.
- In other selected markets throughout the US, Investors Title partners with state bankers associations, financial institutions, and other real estate businesses in the distribution of title insurance through affiliated agents. In these markets, Investors Title Management Services offers a full complement of management oversight and services including training, sales development, financial reporting, and personnel management.
