As underwriting counsel for Florida, Mr. Wallace provides underwriting support to approved attorneys and agents in Florida. He also contributes to risk management, business development, and educational initiatives. Prior to joining Investors Title, Mr. Wallace served for 12 years as senior underwriting counsel for a national title insurance company in Naples, Florida. Before that role, he worked in private practice for 28 years, practicing real property, civil litigation, and transactional real estate. He also served as outside claims counsel for a large national title insurer and represented large bank entities.
Mr. Wallace is a Florida Land Title Association member and serves on the board of directors of
Florida State University’s Varsity Club. He earned both a Bachelor of Science degree in government with a minor in English and a Juris Doctor from Florida State University. He was admitted to the Florida State Bar in 1983.
Mr. Wallace lives in Pine Island with his wife, Danice, and their two boxers, Rowdy and Rusty. They enjoy boating and fishing in their leisure time.
