Ms. Templeton manages Investors Title Exchange Corporation and Investors Title Accommodation Corporation and, through a team of experienced exchange coordinators, facilitates all types of exchange transactions including like-kind, build-to-suit, and reverse exchanges. In 2026, Ms. Templeton joined the CES® Council which plays a critical role in advancing education, best practices, and professionalism within the 1031 exchange industry and is the only professional certification for qualified intermediaries. Ms. Templeton achieved the Certified Exchange Specialist® designation in 2020, a national designation awarded to 1031 exchange professionals who pass a rigorous exam and have worked full time as a qualified intermediary for at least three years. Prior to joining Investors Title in 2017, she served as an attorney for several companies in California. Ms. Templeton earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Bates College in Lewiston, Maine, and a Juris Doctor from Santa Clara School of Law in Santa Clara, California.
