Ms. Templeton manages Investors Title Exchange Corporation (ITEC) and Investors Title Accommodation Corporation and, through a team of experienced exchange coordinators, facilitates all types of exchange transactions including like-kind, build-to-suit, and reverse exchanges. In 2020, Ms. Templeton achieved the Certified Exchange Specialist® designation, a national designation awarded to 1031 exchange professionals who pass a rigorous exam and have worked full time as a qualified intermediary for at least three years. Prior to joining Investors Title in 2017, she served as an attorney for several companies in California. Ms. Templeton earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Bates College in Lewiston, Maine, and a Juris Doctor from Santa Clara School of Law in Santa Clara, California.
