Mr. Denbaum provides underwriting, settlement, and operations support while overseeing federal and industry regulations related to settlement and escrow practices. Prior to joining Investors Title in May 2022, Mr. Denbaum served as an associate attorney at Mackey Butts & Wise, LLP, concentrating in real estate, commercial, corporate, land use, municipal law, and litigation. From 2015 to 2020, he served as corporate counsel for an Investors Title affiliated agency, Thoroughbred Title Services, and, prior to that role, served as an associate attorney for Lewis & Greer P.C. Mr. Denbaum is a member of the New York State Bar Association and is admitted to practice in the US District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the State University of New York at Oswego in 2007 and his Juris Doctor from Albany Law School in 2010.
