Ms. Mock has more than 20 years of operations and customer-service experience and has been consistently recognized in her career for sales-related accomplishments. Prior to joining Investors Title, Ms. Mock served for several years as the office manager for a real estate law firm in Fayetteville, North Carolina, where she oversaw marketing strategies, maintained client relationships, and managed day-to-day operations.
